  • How to upload video to my tech for troubleshooting
    Yes! Users can add video from YouTube or Vimeo with ease: Enter App Settings Click the "Manage Questions" button Click on the question you would like to attach a video to When editing your answer, click on the video icon and then paste the YouTube or Vimeo video URL That's it! A thumbnail of your video will appear in answer text box T&M Fees may apply
  • Reset wifi or manage intermittent internet
    To reset wifi, follow these simple steps: Enter App Settings Click the local wifi network ID Enter password or follow recognized password directions. If intermitent signal continues, please allow me to make an appointment for an in-person visit where I can properly diagnose and troubleshoot issues. Please note, site membership and appointment required for all troubleshooting. T&M Fees may apply.
  • I am an existing customer and experiencing equipment issues.
    This issue seems to be with the equipment, not the signal. Please address my equipmment upon visit. (Please note, T&M fees may apply)
